Each item’s description, as well as one or more photographs of the item, may be found on that product’s webpage. The amount shown on each item’s page is the price for that item, including all taxes, except for customs duties and/or any other taxes applicable to the country to which the item is shipped, which must be paid by the user to that country’s authorities..

In compliance with the requirements of the Law on Services of the Information Society and E-Commerce, Never Let Me Down S.L. reserves the right to file the electronic document formalising the contract, which shall only be accessible by the legitimate user once such access is requested in writing (letter or email).

Users can make payments via Paypal, bank transfer or credit card, and through the payment gateway of the bank contracted for said purpose.

The prices shall be valid for as long as the item’s page is available on, except for obvious errors.

Never Let Me Down S.L. agrees to abide by the Law on Retail Commerce, in particular as concerns the handling of the order and the right of withdrawal.

Pursuant to Article 43 of the Law on Retail Commerce, Never Let Me Down S.L. undertakes to send the merchandise to the purchaser within the legally established 30 days once the order is placed through the website. In the event that the item requested by the user becomes unavailable during the delivery period, Never Let Me Down S.L. will inform the user and offer to refund the entirety of the amount paid or to replace it with a similar item, whichever the user prefers.

The user may return any item purchased within 14 days of receipt by filling in the “Return Request Form” and sending it back along with the item. A user exercising this option must return the item in perfect condition with the original labels and packaging. Once the item is received and its condition or the reason for its return is verified, Never Let Me Down S.L. will notify the user by email of the receipt of the item and proceed to refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, and always within ten days of said notification. The amount shall be refunded using the same method as the original payment.
As a general rule, Never Let Me Down S.L. will not pay the return shipping costs unless the user was sent a damaged, defective or wrong item, in which case Never Let Me Down S.L. will replace it with a new item in perfect condition. In the event that the item originally purchased by the user is out of stock, Never Let Me Down S.L. will give the user the choice of another item that is equivalent in quality and price. Never Let Me Down S.L. will not accept any returns after the period specified above or if the item has been damaged in any way.

Never Let Me Down S.L. reserves the right to communicate with users to process any purchases made through the website, and shall abide at all times by the stipulations of information protection and privacy laws.
