You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
Products will only be refund if the product, packaging and labels are in the same condition as when they were delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and with the original packaging and labels.
Exchanges or returns of customized products are not accepted.
SIZE CHANGES (ONLY IN SPAIN AND PORTUGAL)
If you need a size change, please contact us to confirm that we have in stock the size you want. If so, we will take care of the exchange of the original garment for the new one, provided that the address is in Spain or Portugal.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
When you send us the item, we suggest that you do it by certified mail, and insured for the total sales amount of the item. Keep in mind that if the parcel is lost or damaged, a refund will not be issued.

Fill in the EXCHANGES/RETURNS FORM attached to the order. Do not forget to include it in the package that you return to us.
Once we have verified that your return meets the deadline and other requirements indicated above, we will send you an email notification. Thereafter, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 10 days, through the same means of payment as used in the purchase.
Please note that we do not reimburse the shipping costs you originally paid. That delivery service has already been performed, and the courier company does not refund the cost.

All products are thoroughly checked before being sent. If, despite that, we have sent you a defective or different product than the one you chose, please contact us.
