You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return an item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. When you send us the item, we suggest that you do it by certified mail insured for the total sales amount of the item. Keep in mind that if the parcel is lost or damaged, a refund will not be issued. Send it to The Seëlk – Avda. Alberto Alcocer 45, 6A – Madrid 28036 (Spain).
Fill in the «Return Request Form» that will accompany your order. Don’t forget to include it in the parcel you return to us.
Refunds will only be given if the product, packaging and labels are in the same condition as when they were delivered.
Incorrect or defective product
We carefully check all of our shipments. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us.
As soon as we receive your parcel and verify that it satisfies the requirements listed above, we will send you an email. The amount will be refunded within 10 days using the same method as your original payment.
As a general rule, returns won´t be accepted for customized products (initials, 7-Fold ties,…), unless there is an obvious manufacturing defect.
